Can you administer medications or insulin injections?
Absolutely. I am highly experienced in administering oral medications and insulin injections. Your cat's health schedule is my top priority.
What happens during a Meet and Greet?
This consultation is our chance to connect. I’ll visit your home to meet your cats, learn their routine, and go over logistics like key access and emergency contacts. While not required, it’s highly recommended. The consultation fee will be credited toward your first booking once your visit is complete. If you decide not to book with me, the consultation fee will remain as a standalone charge.
Will I receive updates while I am away?
Yes! You'll receive a detailed update after every visit, including photos and videos, so you can see exactly how your kitty is doing.
What if my trip is delayed?
Don't worry! Just notify me as soon as possible. I will do my absolute best to extend care until you are safely back home.
Do you care for households with multiple cats?
The more the merrier! I have extensive experience managing multi-cat dynamics, individual feeding requirements, and varied personalities.
How do you handle shy or skittish cats?
Don't worry - hiding is completely normal for some cats, especially when their routine changes. I won't pull your cat out of their hiding place or force them to interact. I'll still complete their care routine and, when possible, visually confirm they're safe and comfortable. I will also pay attention to things like food and water intake, litter box activity, and other signs that help me monitor how they're doing.
Do you work on holidays?
Yes, holiday bookings are available on a limited basis and are subject to a 15% holiday surcharge. Holiday availbility can fill quickly, so I recommend booking as early as possible.
What is your emergency policy?
Your cat's safety comes first. I'll attempt to contact you and your designated emergency contact immediately. If urgent veterinary attention is necessary and I cannot reach you, I'll follow the emergency care instructions and veterinary information you provided.
